24 7 coffee faulty wifi room key
The staff provided coffee and tea all day. The location had many restaurants nearby.
The room keys required reconfiguration EACH time I left the room. This became frustrating. The wifi also did NOT function properly.

broken toilet seat lack of maintenance
the staff were helpful during check-in.
The condition of the bathroom was unacceptable. The toilet seat was broken. this is not what i expect at all. there was a general lack of attention to detail in maintaining the room's facilities, which detracted significantly from the quality of the stay.

The staff were cheerful and happy to help. Housekeeping was also very GOOD. The rooms were bright and the beds comfy.
Breakfast choices were limited and sometimes required waiting for refills. The communal tables are not my preference. I found some strange tea bags. I make my own.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues Noted
ineffective air conditioning poor soundproofing
My stay had some drawbacks, unfortunately. The air conditioning was quite weak and ineffective. It struggled to cool the room properly. I noticed that the soundproofing was not great. Noise from the street was noticeable at times. We loved the breakfast. but the coffee machine often had a line

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities
easy access friendly staff
The location is very convenient with easy access to transportation. I found many restaurants and shops nearby and appreciated the variety. The staff were friendly and helpful.
I noted the air conditioning system was inactive. This made the room slightly warm, particularly during the day. I believe an operational AC unit would greatly improve comfort.

Staff offered complimentary coffee and tea in the reception area. They were also quick to address any questions I had regarding local attractions. The personnel helped organize transportation to various locations.

Breakfast included a varied selection of items. Fresh yogurt, fruit, meats, cheeses, and breads were available each morning. Hot eggs and sausages completed a full breakfast offering. I think it was excellent.
Facilities

A rooftop terrace provided good views of the surroundings. I noticed graphic art displayed on the stairwells, and i found it beautiful. The room included a closet with five drawers offering practical space.

modern Hotel with Free Coffee
convenient location free coffee kind staff metro station
This hotel offers a really convenient location. I walked to many places! It also sits close to multiple metro stations. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea available all day. What a treat! Plus, the staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay.
The parking space i got was a little narrow. I found it somewhat tricky to maneuver my car into the designated spot.

The reception operates 24 hours a day, i noticed. Staff members are available to help with inquiries at any time. I watched them offer quick assistance and directions to guests.

The hotel provides easy access to public transportation. A metro station is only 100 meters away! I saw bars and restaurants nearby. It was easy to explore the area from this spot.

The room featured a TV. Fast internet access was available at no cost! I had excellent water pressure in the shower. A super clean room ensured a VERY comfortable experience for me.

acceptable stay
tea selection helpful staff old furniture bathroom condition
The hotel has a strategic location for holidays. it is close to three metro lines and bus stops. the complementary tea selection was Great. the staff are very kind and helpful. They organized our visit to the city.
the furniture in the room was pretty OLD. it had a lot of scratches and didn't look very nice. the bathroom was ok but not MUCH. i didn't find value for money.
